One step closer toward a dream

Hello,

My name is Julija, I am from Lithuania. I know that a lot of us find ourselves on a brink at this stressful period. Being in challenging periods changes us and we sometimes have to chose things, which we probably wouldn’t considered to do in a first place.

Through my previous experiences I have discovered that I have the heart for community, for people around me and I want more effectively to be able to help and bring the light to the world. However, with work I have done in my community, I realized that only desire is not enough, you have to have knowledge. So I want to pursuit a medical education in order to be able to bring more to the ones in need. I am already accepted to the Medicine program in Lithuanian University of Health Science , however I need your help. Since due to COVID-19 caused circumstances there is no way that I would reach this financial goal on my own. In addition, differently from my previous studies, this time I won't be able to work and study at the same time, this program will take my full attention and my goal is to be a top student, that I could get a governmental scholarship for my second year in the program.

Even the smallest amount of your contribution, would mean to me a lot to me, because that would mean a step toward my dream. In the midst of chaos we all need a little peace of light, so THANK YOU.
