NVOIM (NR Communications and Video Over Instant Messaging) Cebu is an Office Based Online ESL (English as a Second Language) Company located in the heart of Mandaue City. It has been operating and growing since 2010 with about 200 well-rounded employees.

The First Race for Children’s Hunger is the company’s First Major event in celebration of its 8th Year Anniversary with a purpose and that is to feed 1,000 Unfortunate Kids in Mandaue City in cooperation with the City Social Welfare Services of Mandaue through Mr. Jessie Perez. Its race date will be on September 16, 2018 at Parkmall Mandaue, 4am. Categories are 3k (Php350), 5k (Php550), 10k (Php700). Feeding and Gift Giving for the kids will be on September 30, 2018 at the Mandaue City Sports Complex.

We are hoping to target 1,000-2,000 runners from around the region who doesn’t just share the same passion as us but would want to start or continue improving their way of life.

But why Run for a Cause? While events like this require so much hard work, it gets the whole team together as one. Other than that, it would be a great avenue to be able to meet its goal to promote health and wellness not just within the organization but also around the region.

Why choose children as beneficiaries? With teaching as the company’s craft, the attachment to children has definitely been evident especially when looking around the city. These street children find it easy to touch the hearts of many.

Well, runners they say have their own different stories as to why they’d run while others would consider every race as another tale to tell. To us, the adrenaline rush plus the rewarding pain are definitely addictive!

However, not everyone who wants to help would wish to run. This is the reason why we have created this fund raising account.
