Notebook to study

Hello, my name is Natasha, i am a german Student and my Notebook broke last week. I live alone and i dont have any parents who can buy me a new one. I have to work a lot to pay my little apartment and if i am honest the rest of the money is sometimes not even enough to eat every day. I need one to study and to work with it. Now I am using the laptop of my friend but he need it for himself to study. So i really dont know what to do... I even have a very cheap phone which can do nothing so i cant use it for the IT stuff i need to do on it.
