Not for Profit Search Engine

Revenue raised through Search engines like Google numbers in the billions per year. A fraction of that, raised through a Not for profit search engine would raise millions each year for charity.

This project aims to take advantage of that opportunity by creating a search engine to raise money for charity, gradually expanding to cover all online services without a not for profit option. Money is being raised across multiple websites, if enough is raised to start the project across them to start then we will and see how much can be achieved, asking for the remainder of the donations later if necessary.

If not enough is raised then anything received will be donated to SCI (Schistosomiasis Control Initiative) one of the most cost effective charities in the world and one I recommend that you donate to, regardless what you think of this project.

All backers will be kept up to date with the expenses of the project to be sure that the money is being spent carefully and will be able to take part in Beta testing of the Search engine. Anyone who has any time, resources or expertise that could be useful to the project is welcome and the search engine in fact all parts of the project are not yet named so any suggestions are also welcome.
