It’s no fun being in constant pain!

Dear donors, friends and acquaintances;

The reason for this campaign is to make an appeal for assistance in the recovery of my wife, Anita. Through the help of our esteemed donors she was able to receive the surgery necessary to remove her gallbladder. She felt very welcome relief from the removal of the stones that were causing her so much pain. After a week or two however Anita began feeling a pain in her stomach that has increased with time. Through recent donations an ultrasound we acquired revealed that a change of diet was necessary. She has been on pure steamed vegatables but she also needs to see a gastroenterologist. Anita has also developed a case of vertigo and has trouble keeping her balance. She had lost all equalibrium and for awhile I had to help her to the bathroom. At times she sweats profusely and I'll find her crying from the pain. Times are becoming very difficult and due to the Covid restrictions here we had to close our little restaurant. Trying to live on my small pension in a country with few social nets and increasingly high prices it has become quite challenging. We are very appreciative of the help.
