New apartment for my mom instead of ruin

Dear friends,

I'm raising money because I have a dream: I want to buy an apartment for my mother instead very old and half-ruined house she living now.

My mom living in Ukraine, and she don't want to leave this country. I'm working and living in another country, but my salary is not enough for buying flat, because I should rent apartment for myself and take care of my little daughter too. Mom's salary is also not enough, because salary in Ukraine is very very small (around $137 per month). Now my mom live in very old and half-ruined house in small village. This house is very cold, in winter the temperature inside is above 6-8° C (42-44° F). Also the life in small village far away from big city is very complicated. In winter my mom sometimes even can't get to work, because she's working in big city which located 40 km from the village and the only one road from the village to the city is often covered with snow. In this old house is no warm water, no heating and sometimes electricity turns off. I offered to my mom move in and live with me, but she think it is not good idea. It is very difficult to start the new life in her age, in a foreign country, without language knowledge.

My mom is sixty years old woman, she is very kind person, she loving cats and never complain how difficult is her life. A most of all I want to see her happy, in warm and cozy flat. She really deserve it. That is the reason why I want to ask you to help me. I want to buy flat for my mom in big city, near her work. The flat would be not big, but with all things needed for life - warm water, heating, electricity. Sometimes I'm crying from powerlessness, because I'm never earn enough to buy an apartment for her, even if I work at two or three job (I tried). This is my last chance to help my mother. I will be so grateful to every person who will help me bring the dream closer and will pray for them my whole life.

The house on preview is not the mom's house, but very similar and in the same condition, I just don't have the images of this house and can't ask mom about it. It should be surprise for. But I promise the images of new apartment will be if you help me!
