Need your help to survive

My girlfriend is dying and I'm in a hopeless situation for losing capability to pay bank's loan. Please give me some help!

I don't know what to say now. But now I'm out of choices. Even though I managed to earn some extra money from a freelancing writing job, I couldn't even pay monthly installments because my girlfriend's situation is fluctuating and needs to pour money in. I'm facing the fact to lose my girlfriend's life and get bad debt record at the same time.

So please, if you by chance go through this, I really need your help. I don't have courage to show my struggle on my personal site, for my family is gonna get down too.
