Need Money for a new wheelchair

My name is Dejan Ribic. I come from and live in Slovenia. I am 32 years old and I am suffering from
Spastic Cerebral Palsy and have been using an electricly powered wheelchair all my life.

I am currently using Storm 4 which is over ten years old(got it 21. 7. 2009) and it's nearing its end (the batteries are very bad, they get depleted every 8 hours, sometimes the motors just stop, etc.) so I will need to
get a new one because I don't think that this one will be functioning for much longer, but the problem is that medical devices such as wheelchairs with electric drive are very
expensive, the model that I need(including all the additional features such as lift, electrical back angle setting, etc) will cost a bit over 15.000 € (absurd prices if you ask me) my insurance covers 6.270 €
but that still leaves me with about 9.000 € short. Because of Covid(in Slovenia we just went into a 2nd lockdown) my income is severely limited and I won't be able to afford that.
