Campaign Story
Good day,
My name is Wishelle and I am the eldest daughter of William. My father was diagnosed with a calcified aorta due to old age and is currently under medication.
Since he was diagnosed he was having episodes of shortness of breath and pain on his chest that he can no longer move and just tries to fight the pain until it's gone. Last March 31 he had another attack that he can no longer take it and we had to rush him to ER in Chinese general hospital here in Manila. The doctor gave him first aid to ease the pain and has done tons of laboratory to know what's going on with him.
The doctor approached me and says that he might need an operation since he has a calcified aorta that is getting worse. The pain that he is experiencing on his chest is because the blood can no longer flow properly on his heart. The doctor mentioned that he needs to be admitted so other laboratory test can be done on him. I have refused it because this is a private hospital and my health card has only 100,000 limit per sickness and we have already used 50% of it.
I am currently working as a call center agent and I am earning 26,000 per month and I cannot keep up with the bills if ever my dad will have the operation.
May I kindly ask for help and assistance so that I can help my father have his laboratories done and so that I can admit him to a hospital that has angiogram that he needed.
