Hey there, my name is Erika, and I'm here to knock at your generous hearts to help us fund Julio's bladder surgery today.
We had been adopting and rescuing dogs for many years (we have 7 dogs right now).
Julio, is a 2-year old rescued dog. 2 years ago, he was rescued from a couple who's involved in substance abuse/addiction.
The moment we saw him, I know we have to save him. He brought joy to our simple home every since.
Two days ago, we noticed he's in pain and having a hard time urinating, and today we had to rush him to the vet.
A test and X-ray were done and we were told that there are stones blocking that's causing urinary blockage. The vet said we're lucky to have sent Julio to the vet sooner, or else his bladder might have rapture. To save this life, a surgery must be done today save his bladder. Because the blockage is near the scrotum, the surgery will involve Julio being castrated (aka neutered), and a new opening will be created for his urine to pass through.
The amount mentioned is for his surgery and after care. He's currently now confined at Animal House in Quezon City. We had been given a total bill of P36,590 (USD790 for the surgery, ICU, food medicine and confinement care. We're able to ask help and negotiate the bill down to P29,090 (USD 630)
From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank you in advance for your help.
