I Need Your Support For My Heart Valve Replacement

Hi. I'm writing this to ask for some help.

By the way, my name is Imee Sabales, I am a single mom, I'm the only one who supports my daughter and all of our needs are all in my hands. I need to work on everything. One time, while I was at home, I felt a little pain in my chest and had difficulty breathing. Like asthma if you are familiar with severe asthma. This occurred most of the time and one day I decided to get a check-up. But unfortunately, I found out that I was having a Rheumatic Heart Disease.

This conditions becomes a barrier for me to find work and I need to undergo immediate surgery. Suddenly, I didn't have any funds for this huge bill for my surgery. I couldn't find work due to my illness and also, if I move a little I always felt tired.
