HI, I'm Ayush from India. I'm 22 years old and my father needs a kidney transplant. This is very expensive operation over here and i'm not able to arrange to whole amount for the operation.

It's my humble request for you all , please help me out so that i can have a total fund for the operation. The cost of the operations is around $10,000
