Need for profesional development – calling for help

For some of us there comes a choice in life, leave your country to earn some money or stay home and try to save some money over the years to fulfill need for professional development. Right now I'm standing on these crossroads, I work as a video editor, but salary is low and I barely afford to cover rent, food etc, like a shining light in this dark tunnel is a chance to create short social network videos, but my PC isn't equipped for such a work and I don't have the economic means to upgrade, so I call for help in here, can you please help me to boost my professional development, I need three budget components (cpu,motherboard and ram) to start my way on top, some may think that's a ridiculous mean, but for me it's long step to overcome.
