Need computer to learn and play

I live in Dubai with my parents( was born here and have been here my whole life)

I finished 12 grade and cant continue because university here are out of my fathers budget and it is hard to get a job with only this much education, and i cant get visa if i am not studying or working, so i want lo learn some specialized skills so it is easier to get a job before my current visa expires as I cant go to my home country as I am not familiar with it and have not been there for years and the relatives are doing enough for themselves and cant take me in. I don't want to go there AS I feel here is my home.

I want to learn video editing and similar tasks but my current PC (i3-3340, 6gb ram and hd7870 card) takes a lot of time to load and to do these tasks and it sometimes crashes and I lose a lot to things, right now I can only see on YouTube but cant practice.

I have collected 30% of the total amount by doing part-time work but I am here because by the time I collect the total amount my visa will expire, so I am here for help for the rest of the amount. Any help will be appreciated.
