My father needed kidney transplant

My father is a only one, who bearing our family. He is a school teacher. So, his income is very poor for our family cost. Me and my brothers are school student. so, He cant fully bear our school fees. He has diabetes. But he never goes to doctor. Because, he can't pay of doctors fee. So, recently his diabetes harmed his kidney. Now, he taking dialysis. As everybody know that, dialysis is very long and expensive treatment of kidney. This treatment finished our full reserved moneys. Doctor said, My father needs to transplant kidney. for this operation we need 12,000$. please help us....please save my father. Without him we cant live.
