My dream is to study abroad

I've been looking for a scholarship, since I was in college. Now that I graduated, I've admitted to few European universities for a Master's degree. I got accepted in Politecnico di Milano, for September 2018, all that is left is the money to be able to achieve my dream l. I've calculated annual fees should be around 11000 euros. I've been saving from my pocket money and I have about a 1000+ euros. I would really appreciate your help and support.
