Moving out

I’m living with my sister. She has been toxic even when she was still young but now that she’s older, she has gone worse. She hates turning on the lights so every time I come home from work, there are no lights and I have to adjust to using a flashlight. I cannot make a sound or pursue my goals and passion in my free time because she likes to occupy all of the space in the house. If it’s the weekends, she tells me to stay outside and go home later in the evening because she needs her “me time”. She always just sleeps, watching kdramas all the time, smokes or drinks alone in our house. She literally wants to be alone and claims to be “distracted” if I’m around. I already raised my issue to her but like any other toxic person, she brushes it off telling me that I’M the problem. I’ve had enough and the frustration of putting up with her is killing me. So I’m finding ways on how to save up for the fees when moving out. Please help me.
