Campaign Story
What is Rheumatoid arthritis?
RA is an autoimmune disease. It is also a systemic disease, which means it affects the whole body.
It occurs when a person's immune system mistakes the body's healthy tissues for foreign invaders.
As the immune system responds, inflammation occurs in the target tissue or organ
The advent of total joint replacement (TJR) has been considered to be a major breakthrough and an important therapeutic option in the management of rheumatoid arthritis.
The Story of My mother
My mom was born in 1972 (47 years old) and she used to be a healthy young pretty lady, she used to live her life like everyone else, until 2003 she have been diagnosed with the RA disease, we tried to cure her with medicines, but nothing stopped this disease till she lost her ability to move, due to the damage that have been caused to her joints from this disease.
The only way to make her move again is by replacing her joints with artificial one’s which is an amount we can’t handle as an average family.
I came here to raise up a this campaign asking for help with any amount people could pay to help out my mother walk again.
I appreciate every single cent that have been donated to help out my mother.
