Money for a car

I worked and still work in a supermarket for almost 3 years. I just got my driver's license (payed by my employer). I want to get a good second hand car but the salary here it's not so good and the rent it's pretty expensive. Owning a car will mean to go more often to visit my parents and brothers in the other half of the country. My parents don't have the possibility to help me. If anyone can help I'll be thankful
