We are raising money to support Angel Kaladkarin "Mommy Angel" for her Medical Assistance after a tragic incident happend March 2, 2019. As per doctor's Diagnosis at Philippine Orthopedic Hospital, she had Hip (pelvic Dislocation) and Fracture on the right knee... Shee need funds for the surgical procedures, room expenses of Php 46 Thousand for 3 weeks and medicines.
