Campaign Story
A pathfinder/mission trip to Nginyang, Kenya.
Nginyang (+1o 0' 3.88", +36o 1' 34.06) is located in the Great Rift Valley a few miles north from a small tourist center of Lake Baringo. The Pokot a Nilotic tribe and are divided into two divisions semi-nomadic/ partoralist and agriculturist. The people we will be trying to assist will be the semi-nomadic group.
A group of us will be spending about 4 weeks in Nginyang. Our planned project may include build/rebuild schools and orphanage, agricultural improvements, and health services for the locals.
Our projected dates are around the 2nd or 3rd week of December 2013 up to 2nd or 3rd week of January 2014.
