Mission: KENYA

I am moving to Kenya to develop a program in ministry with children at the Discipleship College - Kenya in Eldoret. This is a two phase project. PHASE ONE: The first two years will be focused on developing academic and training programs at the college. We have plans for both an academic/diploma program for enrolled students and a practical training program for local workers, churches, etc. PHASE TWO: Years three through five, our focus will shift to development of a ministry site as a part of the college outreach. We will contine working with the training programs but will increase our community evaluation and networking activities to determine the best use of resources. Our goal is not to create another American led program in a foreign country. We aim to equip and develop leaders so that they can positively impact the children of their communities in culturally-appropriate, sustainable ways.
