Miracle to our miracle baby JEM

Our miracle baby needs another Miracle once again. At a very young age of 12, she was diagnosed with MULTIPLE THORACOLUMBAR SCOLIOSIS. As per the Radiology report, she had Levoscoliosis on her upper thoracic spine. It is a form of scoliosis where the spine abnormally twists or curves to the left, sometimes making a 'C' shape. In her case, the angle is about 32 degrees. Also, she had Dextroscoliosis of the mid-thoracic spine. It is a deformity of the spine that results in a sideways curve of the spinal column. In her case, the angle is about 42 degrees. As per her Ortho advice, she must have a customized brace for her back as soon as possible and possible operation when she becomes 16 years old. Her Ortho already told us that Physical Therapy will help and much probably prayers because it is already at a severe stage.

She is our only daughter among our five children, my firstborn. Yes, Jemeiah Wynnona D. Sarmiento is a miracle baby because when she was born she doesn't respond nor cry and her color is blue already. She was born on December 11, 2008, in a lying-in, From lying in we transferred to the hospital many tests have been done for her. We transferred the hospital to another hospital. She was released on December 23, 2008, but need to have followed up check-up.

For us, parents It is the hardest time for us right now. Honestly, we do not have sufficient funds to provide for her needs. We need funds to support and provide her a customized brace for her back and for her Rehab Pilates as well. . We need funds for her continuous treatment and customized brace as soon as possible.

I am knocking to all of you who will read this campaign. I want my daughter to continue her dream without worrying about her illness. She was a very happy child despite of her situation right now. I am asking as well for all your prayers because we need again a Miracle for her.
