Mental Health – Please help

Hello, my name is Alya, I'm 23 years old. Two years ago I was diagnosed with severe clinical depression, some time after that with panic disorder and PTSD, these also cause me to have hallucinations on a daily basis. I cannot afford to buy medication or visit my psychiatrist often since I don't have a steady job, any friends to help and my family has practically disowned me because of my mental health problems, my relatonships with them are going downhill. If i could afford my medication, which usually costs about 300USD/month (which is a lot in my country), I can get my life in order.
