Medicinski troškovi poslednje faze procesa prilagođavanja pola

Moje ime je Vuk Adžić, imam 20 godina i ja sam trans muškarac i aktivista trans zajednice iz Crne Gore. U proces tranzicije, odnosno prilagođavanja pola sam ušao 2018. godine, i trenutno se nalazim u poslednjoj fazi tranzicije. Sebe bih opisao kao osobu koja snažno i istinski želi živjeti u svom punom identitetu, te podržati druge u tom procesu i uslijed toga sam odabrao aktivizam kao svoj životni put.

U toku prve faze operativnog prilagođavanja pola, uspješno sam završio gornju operaciju, koja je bila pokrivena zdravstvenim osiguranjem Crne Gore. Nažalost, iako crnogorski zakon o zdravstvenom osiguranju obuhvata većinsko pokriće procesa prilagođavanja pola, taj proces ne obuhvata faloplastiku, proceduru koja se radi iz tri faze i koja u mom slučaju predstavlja konačni stadijum procesa prilagođavanja pola. Uspješno sam završio prve dvije faze faloplastike, ali sam za poslednju fazu prinuđen tražiti vašu pomoć.

Kao aktivista i mlada osoba koja i dalje radi na postizanju nezavisnosti i stabilnosti u životu, nisam u mogućnosti sam pokriti neophodne troškove zahvata koji predstavlja konačan stepenik ka ostvarenju mog punog identiteta. S tim u vezi, molim vas da razmislite i shodno svojim mogučnostima donirate i na taj način me podržite u na putu ka samoostvarenju.

Prikupljeni novac iskoristiće se isključivo za pokrivanje troškova operativnog zahvata i neophodne troškove boravka u Beogradu tokom procesa oporavka.

My name is Vuk Adzic, I am 20 years old and I am a trans man and a trans community activist from Montenegro. I entered the process of transition, ie gender adjustment, in 2018, and I am currently in the final phase. I would describe myself as a person who strongly and truly wants to live in my full identity, and support others in the process, and as a result I have chosen activism as my life path.

During the first phase of operative gender adjustment, I successfully completed the top surgery, which was partially covered by the health insurance of Montenegro. Unfortunately, although the Montenegrin law on health insurance partially covers the process of gender adjustment, it does not cover the phalloplasty, which is done in three phases and in my case represents the final stage of the gender adjustment process. I have successfully finalized two initial phases of phalloplasty, but I am in need of your help for the final phase. .

As an activist and a young person who continues to work to achieve independence and stability in life, I am not able to cover the necessary costs of the intervention, which is the final step towards achieving my full identity. In this regard, please consider, according to your abilities, in supporting me on my path to self-realization.

The money raised will be used exclusively to cover the costs of the procedure and the necessary costs of staying in Belgrade during the recovery process.
