Dear friends and well wishers,
Roselyne, a loving wife, mother of two and HR professional fought for her life through Intensive Care Unit and High Dependency Unit of Nairobi Hospital for 6 months after suffering from stroke, with not prior medical complications, through it is suspected that prescribed birth control medication could have been a contributing factor.
Life saving treatment at the Nairobi Hospital for the 6 months and ongoing homecare she continues to receive for at least one year will total KES 13.4 million (approx. $135,000).
Family, friends, insurance and the National Health Insurance Fund have raised KES 5.4 million (approx $54,000) so far and still in need of KES 8 million (approx. $80,000) to settle the huge bills.
We appeal to well wishers worldwide to stand with and support the family to raise the amount.
