Hello. My name is Lejano de Belen and I'm from the Philippines.

My wife Yeng gave birth to a 32-weeks pre-term triplets (1 boy and 2 girls) namely Lenard, Leana and Leyna last June 8, 2018 at Philippine Children's Medical Center. The triplets were generally ok, they were immediately confined in an incubator at NICU and stayed for at least 15days before being transferred to a new-born ward. Only Leana had to be intubated for couple of days and we did only about 3 times of blood transfusion. However, as for my wife, early morning of June 9, we had to rushed her to Philippine Hearts Center due to a really bad complications. She bleeds a lot, had difficulties with breathing, hypertensive and kidneys are failing. We were accepted at PHC's ER with conditions of hypovolemic shock and HELLP syndrome. Same day we were transferred to MICU. And 5 days after, from ICU we were transferred to a regular ward and stayed for the next 2 weeks.

While my wife and our triplets were all home already, we need assistance on the hospital bills as we signed for a promissory note for us to be allowed to discharge. Aside from the continued out-patient dialysis of my wife and the laboratory monitoring for our 2 girls as the their blood's hemoglobin level is still not reaching the minimum, the family's daily needs is taking a toll.

The bills are filing up, frankly. And I'm appealing to anyone for financial assistance to cover the hospital bills. Families, relatives and friends have already sent assistance.
