Medical treatment for brain tumor

I am with high hopes that someone out there could help me live for a bit longer time. I am a registered nurse here in the Philippines and struggling to work everyday to for me to buy some medicines and fund some procedures and tests needed. I am diagnose to have a colon polyps at the year 2018 and now been diagnosed with meningioma at the right juxtasellar region which affects my sight and makes my everyday routine difficult due to severe headache.
