Medical treatment

Hello everybody, am in an urgent condition only god knows about. I am in intense need for medical treatment, our condition is so bad, my father is not working and I can’t tell my condition to my family because we can’t afford treatment. Problems am going through is my nervous system, mentally ill, male problem and physical problem. Am in intense need for money and if you could share it I would be so thankful.
I got proofs on my notes and pictures about writing my condition before

P.s I don’t have any medical proof cause I can’t go to the doctor to get diagnosed, our condition is so bad ( Money wise, emotionally and mentally)
