Medical Support for Diane Joy Matundan (Diabetes Type 1/Blind Patient)

The campaign is for supporting the patient's -Diane Joy Matundan, monthly medical supplies needs such as insulin, syringe, glucose strips, alcohol, cottons, eye drops, medical check up and examinations.

She is a diabetic patient since 9 years old and injecting insulin for 40 units in the morning and 10 units in the evening. She is also required to monitor her blood sugar level before or after taking meals.

She is already blind for about 16 years, when she reached the age of 20 years old as complications of the diabetes.
