Cornerstone Healthcare Ministry (CHM) is a Christian non-profit organization based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines that has been conducting out-of-town medical missions at least once every two months to far-flung places that have limited access to medical facilities. Since it began its medical missions in 2009, around 50,000 patients have already been able to avail of free medical services of CHM, which includes:

Eye consultation (with FREE reading glasses, occasionally with cataract extractions where appropriate nearby clinics are available)
Dental (teeth extraction)
Pedia and adult consultation
Minor surgeries (circumcision)
FREE medicines

Each medical missions, depending on the location, on average cost around P150,000 ($3,000.00)--cost of travel, medicines and medical supplies, food and accommodation of volunteer doctors and paramedical personnel. Funding of CHM's medical missions comes primarily from donations.
