Medical Mission Trip!

Hi! My name is Alexa Cheatle, and I am a nursing Pre-Med student at the University of Texas at Austin! I am a part of a national organization called Global Medical Training here at UT, and this winter I will be taking a medical mission trip to Nicaragua! It is a week long trip in which we provide free health services to those who ordinarily would not have access to regular health care. Our trip consists of five clinic days where we get to help diagnose and treat patients in the less fortunate areas of Nicaragua. This trip is an amazing opportunity to get hands-on clinical experience, immerse myself in a whole new culture, and help those less fortunate. My goal is to raise $3,000 to cover costs for the trip including flights, living arrangements, food, scrubs, and medical donations that I can contribute to the clinic. I am beyond ecstatic about having this opportunity and truly appreciate any and all donations that will help make this possible! Thank you very much!
