Medical license examination

My name is Yotsapat Kwankerd, people around usually call me Yot for short.I'm from Thailand. I'm turning 26 this years. I'm graduate from Tongji medical collage in China from 2016, after graduated from university I went back to Thailand and training in Hospital in Thailand till 2017. right after I finish my training in Hospital in Thailand I need to take medical license examination, but my finance situation is quite tough, I need to work and taking exam at the same times, It going fine for 2 years (2018-now). after taking many exam and keep failing I realize that is need to stop working and start study more, however my family is in thigh spot. so I have to use all of my saving until now to help each other out. Right now I have enough for my daily living but I don't have enough for paying for tutor school, and exam fee. I only need for 500000 bath for the exam fee and tutor but if anyone is willing to help out my family finance situation please help.

My family situation right now is problem since flood in Bangkok our house keep failing apart and need to be constant fixing but we don't have enough to fix everything we try to loan some money but still not enough to cover all the cost of repairing our house, the roof is leaking, and there a crack here and there, our car is in bad shape and need to fixing many times its didn't work. the bill is piling ups and its might cause us be homeless....... current debts due is 2,500,000 bath but we still need to repair our house and a car.

Please help me, I will try to sort out all my living cost and my family but other than that I really need your help.

My plan after I get the medical license is to be volunteer to goes to rural area in Thailand and help out patient and those who in need of medical care. I might take sometimes to see result of your kindness but please bear with me, your help will always goes together with me and help those who in need for medical cares.
