Medical Expenses – Dialysis Treatment for Jared Brendon James

I, Jared James, of Grenada W.I. , is seeking financial help to cover my monthly cost of dialysis treatment of ECD $7000. I've since received notice from the Dialysis Center that I must pay $695 up front on days of treatment in order to receive treatment.

I am a 38 year old male who resides at Springs St. George’s. I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 (End Stage Renal Disease) on May 13th 2020 including other medical conditions. Attached is proof of my diagnosis from the dialysis Centre. Given the urgent and critical nature of my illness it was recommended that I begin urgent renal replacement therapy immediately in May 2020.

Since then I have been undergoing dialysis treatment twice weekly at Island Health Services Grenada. I had sought assistance and was able to secure financial aid from two donors to help with the payment for dialysis which is $695 per treatment in the early stages of treatment exclusive of other associated and costly medications I must take. The ministry of health also contributes a set monthly fee to my treatment, also. Despite this it is very challenging to come up with the balance due to be paid each month in order to receive the necessary treatment, whilst at the same time try to meet regular living expenses.

The ongoing and ever increasing accumulated cost of treatment has created a huge financial strain on me and my family and we are in dire need of your generous support through monetary donation of any amount that is on your heart to contribute.

In short, fimancial assistance is necessary for my survival and well being and your kind donation will help relieve a lot of financial and emotional stress on me, which is very critical to the state of my health.
