Medical costs for a friend

My friend prasanth pandian met with an accident on March 10th 2018 , he has been admitted to region one hospital of dagupan city. He fractured his right clavicle as well as his ribs , both his lungs have been severely damaged. His family is facing alot of financial crisis. He is still admitted in the hospital. To transfer him to his home country India he needs to recover. Since the hospital staff has advised to shift him out of the hospital due to developing infections from the hospital, the family is finiding it all the more difficult. His mother is the only one who was able to get to the Philippines to look after him is going through alot of Hassel since she doesnt even know basic English. It would be great if we could gather the said amount via this campaign.
