Diagnosis - End Stage Renal Stage

Medical Condition - I'm on hemodialysis since September 2013 up to the present, thrice a week.

Apparently, the doctor advises for me to undergo kidney operation which will have an estimated of

2.5m pesos plus the expenses of medication after the operation which cost 60t/month.

Consequently, I'm the sole provider of the family who earns limitedly. My husband is on call only because

he has to take care of me. I admit that sometimes I lose hope that I could no longer maintain my medication.

We are financially exhausted, and my last resort is to seek external support from a concerning agency

and from those people whose kind and generous heart will be able to help us sustain my medication.
