Medical Assistance for Darryle Joy Crisostomo

I am Eljohn King Crisostomo, husband of the patient. Her name is Darryle Joy Crisostomo, a resident of 11 Street Purok 7 Brgy. North Signal, Taguig. My wife is currently unemployed and I am the bread winner of the family. We have a daughter who just turned 9 months old.

I am the only provider of our family and my meager income is not enough to sustain her medical and hospital expenses, hence this funding is requesting for your generous medical assistance. Our running balance with billing section is amounting to 500k+ prior to her delicate operation on Monday.

The separate cost for the operation is amounting to 500k excluding professional fees of the doctors. I already have the guarantee letter from PCSO amounting to 50,000 pesos. My mother-in-law already asked for assistance from the LGU, but was told that the fund is allotted primarily to COVID patient/cases in the city. 😞

My wife is admitted at St. Lukes Hospital - Global City, the only hospital who fortunately accepted us last April 18, 2020 after trying to request a hospital transfer to other public hospitals.

She was first admitted to a clinic near our house. She had difficulty of breathing and vomited blood. The doctor advised that we need to transfer to other hospital which is medically equipped and with complete facilities to handle her life threatening situation better.

She got intubated (as seen in the photos) in the clinic during that day, and thankfully extubated after few hours. We did the manual pumping of Ambu-bag to support her breathing for almost 8 hours due to lack of equipment in the facility.

The moment I saw her at a very critical situation, hindi ko na inisip kung saang hospital at ano at magkano ang magagastos namin to save her life. We want to raise our daughter together, and she still has a long life to live. Gasgas man, but we want to grow old together. Ni hindi pa niya nakikitang maglakad ang anak namin. 😢

At the moment, my family is facing a double crisis and we are financially exhausted that we cannot afford the full hospital bill that is already a very huge amount for us. 😭😢😢😢
