I'm a transgender woman that want to get an bottom surgery/sex reassignment surgery, which means I get my male sex part made into a female.

It's not many people that can relate to the pain with never feeling comfortable with your sex part, and therefore I'm here, since I can't afford the money.

I will get a surgery in Thailand when I have the money
