Master’s Thesis Research

In the spring of 2021, I will be conducting a research project regarding management, and more specifically how management is today. The goal of my research is to identify tendencies in modern management, and offer a theory or framework for managers and researchers to work with.

My hypothesis is that management today is more focused on the employee, and in order to maximize profits and efficiency, the manager needs to care for his/her employees.

In order for me to conduct this research, i have planned to go to England from Denmark and interview 15 companies, 1 manager and 1 employee from each company, over 3 turns. After each turn i will have altered my questions, so that they are more specific to the case. This is going to be costly for me, since the interviews cannot be conducted in one day, so ill either have to stay in England for the duration of 3 turns of interviews, or travel back and forth. Nevertheless, I do not have the money myself to do this.

I would be so grateful to everyone who wishes to see me succed! This research will also be a culmination of 5 years of studying, so for me, it's important to write my master's thesis with the topic i find the most interesting. To be able to do this would mean the world to me, and i cannot express how happy and grateful i would be.
