Marnesh Vasquez Thyroid Surgery

First of all, I do hope that you’re all okay…and unahin ko na mag-apologize for a very long post.

Just very recently, my partner, Marnesh, has been diagnosed with
Multiple Thyroid Nodules, clinically and biochemically euthyroid, Benign by FNAB, Dyslipidemia

To explain this…she has multiple hypoechoic solid lesions on both lobes of her thyroid. Based on her recent ultrasound, these are moderately suspicious. Biopsy results came out benign thankfully, but we were still advised to have these surgically removed because of the strong cancer history from both sides of her family.

Sabi ng doctors, we need to have the procedure ASAP for the following reasons:

1. These nodules can grow and cause further discomfort
2. Solid mass and lesions may become cancerous if not removed the soonest.

I am knocking on your kind hearts to extend us a little financial assistance, no matter the amount. As you may or may not know, Marnesh’s mom is undergoing chemotherapy and her brother is also on hemodialysis 2x a week.

Marnesh is already experiencing a lot of discomfort and having a hard time swallowing because of the nodules on her lower thyroid. She needs this surgery the soonest. Unfortunately, her health card will only cover 40,000 of the expenses (out of this 40k, we have already consumed around 10k for her labs).

Please help me raise 150K - 200k for Marnesh’s surgery and medications. Funds have been really short these days and we also have to consider the days she will be on unpaid leave after the surgery.
