Make me a Lawyer

I am an undergraduate student at one of the state universities in the Philippines and I am already about to graduate. My childhood dream is actually to become a lawyer someday. Being lawyer makes you do a lot of good things. I want to have knowledge on Philippine laws and use it to defend my fellow disadvantaged citizens, to advocate the poor and to utilize legal powers in maximizing participation towards progressive nation-building. However, it is a general knowledge that going to law schools in my country need a huge financial capacity, something that I and my family don't have. Though, I might find work after I graduate and be able to support myself (and live separately from my family), but it is still not enough to save some money in admitting myself to a law school. I cannot also expect financial help for my parents, for firstly, they are not that rich. I really believe that, if there is a Will, there is a Way. My desire to become a lawyer will never be easily dampened, so I am seeking help from you especially if you have also been in my place before. It is not easy to give up on dreams; I will never give up on mine just because of money. If you can help me with my plans, I greatly appreciate it. And I would like to thank you ahead, even if you only just share this.  And for all the people out there who happens to read this, I tell you this: "We always have that something that we really want to do or to have in our life, but are we doing something to achieve it or just waiting for 'it' to come without doing anything." There is no harm in trying. I do not want to grow old frustrated in my life, knowing that I can still do a lot of things but I just cannot try.    Thank You for reading and God Bless You.
