Major Remodel for Dilapidated Home

I am looking to assist a young lady with three children in fixing up her home. She is on a fixed income and barely has enough to pay the house payment let along the remodeling of this home. It is in desperate need of a major renovation. I am told the bathroom tub is sinking into the floor and the toilet is leaning to one side. It also needs a new room, insulation, windows and a number of other things. This young lady has the energy and resources to make it happen, but could certainly use the funds. If there is anyone out there that is willing to help her out, we would greatly appreciate it. Thank You in advance.
