Macbook for ios developer

You may think that I'm crazy if i wrote this post... But I believe that people can help me start to be an ios developer. Thats why i did it. In my country i can buy some macbook or macmini which was used just pay around 400 $ fot that. If you do not want help me i understand, but if have even 1$ you can make my dreams will be true.
