HI! We're LYNCHPiN! We are a four-piece death/groove metal band from Trinidad and Tobago (yes, you read that correctly!) that recently fought hard against other great Caribbean bands to win the opportunity to compete at the WACKEN:OPEN:AIR METAL BATTLE!

Let the Battle Begin!
W:O:A's Metal Battle is the highly praised opening event of the Wacken Open Air Festival and involves bands from around the world sonically slugging it out to become MASTERS OF THE METAL BATTLE. It's like the World Cup of Metal; This year, there will be 29 bands, from China to Canada, and for the FIRST TIME in the Battle's history, a Caribbean band will be represented! LYNCHPiN is coming!

But wait, what's the W:O:A Festival?
The WACKEN OPEN AIR festival is one of the world's LARGEST metal festivals and is held in Germany every year, seeing more than 80,000 patrons come out over four days to bask in the distortion of their favourite bands. This year, the festival will be headlined by none other than IRON MAIDEN!

But, we need some help.
Going from the Caribbean to Germany is not cheap, far less when you factor in equipment (oversized luggage no less) and gear. So we NEED YOUR HELP to get there!
