Campaign Story
Help us save 170 families from hunger and cold
I am Shakir from Yemen, I live in Yemen, specifically in Dhamar and Radaa. We work to help the needy the poorest families that do not reach out to others. We have helped through the Life Prospects Foundation (LPF) which was established to help those affected
Two years since the establishment, the LPF has accomplished around 10 humaniterian programs and activities. The number of beneficiaries reached 18399, 40% of whom were females in different fields.
We have several voluntary initiatives, such as Ikram Al Nema, which aims to collect surplus food from restaurants and collect used clothes for children
Children and the people of Yemen are still suffering from the effects of conflict, economic crisis and the total collapse of basic services. There are families in Dhamar that do not find what you eat when you see them make you collapsed and unable to speak. Families live 10 people in one room and do not even find butterflies and blankets. To help these families and the cost of each family ($ 90) and contain a food basket and 3 blankets for cold .. With your great efforts and cooperation we will reach the goal and you will get the reward from God, I promise to deliver your help to those who deserve it and you can check it the way you prefer, you will be informed and observers Our work in distributing th Transparency and integrity
We have many experiences in the field that helped many families with our personal efforts.
Why hunger and cold in Yemen
Through this project, we seek to alleviate the suffering of our Yemeni people, especially in the period of war and the ongoing siege.
This support will bring life to 170 families by providing a full food basket for one month, providing blankets for winter warming and needing clothes for children, but will first raise funds for emergency items.
In the winter, the cold intensifies, especially in the city of Dhamar and is one of the areas with extreme cold and there are families do not have butterflies or blankets and we were greatly affected by our field visits
How aid will be provided
All donations for the purchase of critical aid during this period will be withdrawn from the city closest to the needy
Priority is given to families with more than 5 children and the poorest families, which have not been targeted by any other assistance from other parties, although there are areas where no other party has been assisted and are in dire need of intervention.
Final reports and photo-sharing will be shared only for assistance.
