London + Amman: Summer Studies in Peace & Conflict

I am currently a student at Drexel University and I was just accepted to the London + Amman: Summer Studies in Peace & Conflict study abroad program.

The program runs from June 10 to August 10 this coming summer term. It is a learning voyage across both London and Amman exploring the process of peace and the sensitive cultural and societal roots of conflict.
Over a nine week period, students take three courses designed to expose them to the theory and practice of peace keeping. This includes peace making, peace building and conflict resolution in Europe and the Middle East. It draws on the rich history and relationship of the United Kingdom and Jordan.

For me, getting accepted to this study program abroad is a dream come true. It is also a financial challenge. As a student of modest means, who works a part time job to help pay for school, I will need some financial assistance in making this dream come true. I have currently applied to several scholarships and am waiting to here back, but I will still need additional funds to make this possible. Any size contribution would make a difference and be greatly appreciated.
