John Dwayne C. Cacha is now 6 months old diagnosed with Biliary atresia - a childhood disease of the liver. It is a chronic, progressive liver problem, and fatal if left untreated. Baby Dwayne desperately needs to undergo LIVER TRANSPLANT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as his health condition is rapidly declining. We are appealing to your good hearts to help give Baby Dwayne a chance to be with his family and live a better life.
