Liver Transplant

Please help me affor a liver to replace mine. I have a diseased liver and urgently needed to replace it. I have managed to save part of my earnings but it can only cover more than half of the medical assistance that I will be needing for the transplant. I am asking your good hearts to save a life and help me with this operation to be successful. I am 28 years old, help me live my life a little more longer.
