Little Sunshine Needed

I got married in 2007 and separated in 2008. have been fighting my divorce case ever since. The judicial system has taken my 6 wonderful years. Always thought that my life will be beautiful. Now the settlement amount has been set for USD 52000. I am a very nice guy and work in the education sector. I help in improving lives of others and motivating them. Guess i am in need of some support I have a double MBA and lot of certifications. I am earning currently however it is just to suffice my living and send money to my ailing parents. I am unable to get a loan for that big of an amount. The divorce has taken its toll on the finances. I know i can do things on my own.. however it will take time. Would you please help me to get out of a bad paper marriage? I am a trainer by profession and want to start a non-monetary organization for helping others grow but currently need to sort out my personal issue to get moving towards my goal. Please help.
