LikhAria’s Facility Upgrade

LikhAria Music Learning Center, formerly called KeyStrings Music, is a music school in Quezon City that is founded on this three pillars: LEARN, PLAY, CREATE. We started as a zero capital business. Our only fuel was our passion and advocacy in sharing Music Education in our community. We grew and we were able to reach almost 300 students for the past 6 years.

Currently, we have different programs to cater every students' needs. Here are our programs:

1. Individual and Group Classes on either one of the instruments below:
   1. Violin
   2. Piano
   3. Cello
   4. Voice
   5. Guitar
   6. Drums
2. Bundle Course (with Individual Classes per instrument, Music Theory & Band Class)
3. Short Courses (including Ukulele and Sing & Play Class)

Through this crowdfunding, we would like to expand our business with upgrading our current facility in order to accommodate more students. Also, it can fund our new program called "Himig Bulilit." Our version of toddler music class that is infused with Filipino music.

LikhAria also advocates the promotion of Filipino Music to the community. Because of this, we're raising up funds in order to do these upgrades:

• Phase 1 renovation of our second floor facility. We're planning to make it into a mini recital hall and a big hall for ensemble rehearsals
• In-house instruments: Violins of different sizes, 88 keys weighted digital keyboard, guitars, amplifiers and sound system — we will be using these to new students who doesn't have their own instruments yet.
• Himig Bulilit facility — toddlers need a safe and conducive space for their learning to be effective. We're planning to purchase different toddler music toys in order for them to learn, play and create music.

For every donation, we will be sending monthly newsletter regarding the updates of our school. Hopefully we can be able to start the facility upgrade by January 2020. We have a lot of plans lined up for 2020 and the money that we can raise through this can also help a new batch of students who can learn for free.
